He is passionate about helping leaders, managers and organizations drive business growth, economic development, and strong communities in sustainable, more effective ways.      

Kirk's business experience encompasses turnaround, start-up, family-owned, Fortune 500, and private equity-owned organizations.  He's worked in a variety of industries, including  manufacturing, banking, construction services, commercial printing, and  healthcare, and in both union and non-union settings.      

In addition to coaching and mentoring leaders, managers, and employees at all levels in for-profit and not-for-profit spaces, Kirk has been privileged to serve as chief human resources officer for 3 companies.
